Should We Continue Going To Church? Part 2

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Go ahead and go to church. What we are told in red letters is that “they shall cast you out of their synagogues.” What that means is that you have been faithful to God’s Word. If you go to church and keep your mouth shut, you will never be “cast out.” But if you fear losing your wife and family to the extent that you cannot allow the words “thus saith the Lord” to proceed from your mouth, then what you have effectively done is to hang up your ‘coat of many colors’, referring to the rainbow of rulership that surrounds the ruling throne of God. You have taken that coat off and hidden it in the closet because you didn’t want to offend your wife or your minister or your fellow Christians. ‘Fellow Christians’ are ‘Joseph’s brothers who hated him and could not speak peaceably unto him.’

Gen 37:4 And when his brethren [ fellow Christians] saw that their father loved him more than all his brethren[Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.], they hated him, and could not speak peaceably unto him.

If we succumb to this pressure and this temptation, for the sake of peace in the family, then the dreams of rulership over our brothers will never be given to us. Like them we will never see that vision and will decry the very thought of a God who has children He loves less than His other children. To this day Jacob is condemned for ‘showing favoritism toward Joseph.’ Consequently those who do so are completely missing the point. That point is that Christ is the Father of both the son of the bondwoman and the son of the freewoman. The point is that Eve, the church, is “the mother of all living”, both the “seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent”. That point is that it is God Himself who is “working all things after the counsel of His own will.” It will never appear so to the ‘son of the bondwoman’, but nevertheless it is still the truth of God’s Word that:

Gen 45:4 And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt.
Gen 45:5 Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life.

Joseph never said that his brothers did not do what they did. He never said they did not have to give account for their evil deeds. He personally tormented them for many months. “ You sold me into Egypt.” Yet Joseph knew and reveals to us that all evil is actually the workings of God, to eventuate in good.

Gen 50:20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it [ the very evil Joseph’s brothers thought to do against him – all evil of all time] unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Life comes only through death:

Col 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

One of the greatest lies ever told is that ‘Jesus came to save us from death’. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is through death to the flesh, that life comes:

Joh 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
Joh 12:25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Here is how you are to handle your situation:

Rom 6:13… Yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Count yourself as dead. Mean it. You cannot trick God. If you do so, you will be kicked out of their ‘synagogue’. But go ahead and take the opportunity to witness against them. Just realize that that is all it is:

Jer 7:16 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear thee.

Jer 11:14 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble.

Jer 14:11 Then said the LORD unto me, Pray not for this people for their good.
Jer 14:12 When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.

Their time of hegemony is about to come to an end. But the pressure to give in to their overwhelming majority is great indeed. It is through faith alone that we see the truth of the fact that they are to be short- lived.

I ask every one in your position to read Ezekiel 2 and 3. Then go read the interpretation of the fulfillment of those verses in Rev 10 and 11. That is our commission. All that is in that “little book” is “lamentation, mourning and woe”. It is all “your sheaves bowed down to mine.”

Rev 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
Rev 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

It is not an easy message, but it is the Truth.
