I have been studying your papers, and I have come to understand and see great truths. I praise God for your understanding. I come from Ultra dispensationalist teaching for the last six years and before that Lutheran.

Okay, here’s the question. Mat 25:41 Jesus says the eternal fire (age abiding) was prepared for the Devil and his angels. If God is the Lake of Fire, how could it be prepared for them?

Thank you for your question, but I don’t really see what you are asking.

You ask, “If God is the Lake of Fire, how could it be prepared for them [ the devil and His angels]?”

Perhaps you have never considered the possibility of the salvation of Satan and his angels. It is an accomplished fact included within the sacrifice of Christ. Here are just a few scriptures to prove that statement:

1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule [ Satan’s rule!] and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till [ only until] he hath put all [ this especially includes Satan] enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
1Co 15:27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

This is the goal of the universe. God, who “is love” will be ” all in all.” This leaves no room for a devil and his angels. Just as with all mankind, Satan and his angels must be converted, and this is the purpose of the ‘lake of fire.’

Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Since “our God is a consuming fire,” and since “we will be like Him,” we are that ‘lake of fire.’ The reason it is a lake and not an ocean is because “few are chosen.”

Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.
1Jn 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

The ‘lake of fire’ is actually a lake of mercy and the greatest single act of God’s chastening grace in the history of the world.

Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 2:12 Teaching [ Greek – chastening] us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

That is why it is also referred to as the “great white throne judgment.” It is not the “great black throne judgment.” It is the time of the saving of all men and all evil spirits.

Php 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

And finally, this conclusive scripture on this subject:

Php 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Php 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
