Good morning, Mike,
I came across these verses and I wonder if I am seeing this correctly.
Jer 7:30-33 For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight, saith the LORD: they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to pollute it. And they have built the high pl... [read more]

Dear Mike,
I have read and listened to your teaching on the is, was and will be mentioned in Revelation. I believe I see this truth, and it has given a lot of understanding to me. The trouble is, there seems to be a disconnect somewhere. If the events in revelation are THE Revelation of Christ, and... [read more]

Hi Mike,
I have never written you before. I was reading Rev 20 and found it interesting that in verses 12 and 13 the dead are judged according to their works, and not whether they accepted Christ or not, but this has nothing to do with my question. I was just thinking how strange it was that I neve... [read more]

I am stealing time here and there to read more of your entries, I have not yet found an answer: Do you believe it is necessary to speak in tongues?
Also, I have not ... [read more]

Mike Vinson, you are truly a man of God! The lamb is slain in me. Thank you for this insight. I understood that God was referring to my body as the temple and that the mark was in my right hand and forehead because of my beliefs and what I strove to teach others (right hand). God has used you to re... [read more]

Hi Mike,
What do I think? My grandfather used to say that “hell” will be what we make it by our mouths and actions. Based on what I see in this parable, grandpa was pretty close. The master judged the servant based on his acting out of fear and what was said out of his mouth.
That bring... [read more]

Mike if you have time, I was wondering if you could explain something Jesus said.
The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (Joh 12:25)
Does this imply that a Christian will lose his salvation if he finds, saves, keep... [read more]

Dear Mike.
The Roman Catholic argues for the burning up of the "wood, hay, stubble," (1Co 3:12) as the purging of man's soul of all that is unworthy. A man in purgatory should be glad to get rid of these impurities, to be fit for eternal happiness, but Paul says he "SHALL SUFFER LOSS". (1Co 3:15).
