Why We Are Hated of All Men?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Hi D____,
They really are going to miss you! Did they depend on you that much? This is nothing but sour grapes.
This man is part of Babylon and he is proud of it:
You know where to find me, and how to get in touch with me. I have a lot to say to you but you remind me of old WCG “we know the truth and you don’t” Shock me I mean really shock me and man up on this.
“I have a lot to say to you but you remind me of old WCG, we know the truth and you don’t.” is just another way of saying he cannot gainsay what you are saying. This is a confession that he does not know the Truth. It is also a slap in the face of the holy spirit which has this to say about that:

1Jn 4:1  Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

There that is a command of God. L____ dares to lecture you about love and he has no idea what love is:

1Jn 5:3  For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

L____ doesn’t love God or he would do what he is told to do by God. He loves the praise of men, and he likes getting a regular pay check.
I hope I am not turning you off by pointing all of this out. I’m sure you love this man, and you probably have a certain amount of respect for him, but he cannot speak of ‘love’ and ignore God’s word without being called on that. The very definition of love is to “keep His commandments.” It is not defined as “Shock me, I mean really shock me and man up on this.” What utter hypocrisy!
Here is the mind of God which all of Babylon has abandoned by starting all the denominations we now see before us. Here is the mind of Christ which L____ and all the rest of the scribes of Babylon simply despise.

1Jn 4:6  We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Sounds kind of like “we know the truth and you don’t”
You quoted that to L____, and he simply doesn’t like that scriptural, Biblical, Christ- like attitude. Here is how the scriptures describe L____:

Mat 7:28  And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
Mat 7:29  For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

L____ is a scribe, and he is proud of it. He would never under any circumstance be guilty of  “speaking with authority” or ever say “We are of God: he that knows God hears us.” No, he cannot go there, and he will be judged out of his own mouth:

Luk 19:22  And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

“Thou wicked servant?” Isn’t that going a little overboard? All this man did was to hide his talent?
That is exactly how I used to think. It seemed that God came down kind of hard on a man who simply wasn’t as ambitious as his fellow investors. But what this man was saying was that God expects too much of us. And when ministers agree that no one can say…:

1Jn 4:6  We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

… they, too are saying that God expects too much of us, He expects us to come out of Babylon and be separate from our brothers who claim the name of Christ. So when we are unwilling to come out of Babylon, we refuse to be separated from those who have the name of ‘the seed of Abraham’ but they are not willing to “do the works of Abraham.” Those are Christ’s words to those who believed on Him in His day and it is His word to those who believe on Him today:

Joh 8:31  Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue [ Greek – abide] in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
Joh 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

How can we “continue” or “abide in the doctrine of Christ” when we cannot even bring ourselves to confess to “know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error?”
But confessing to the truth of God’s Word makes us stand out from our Babylonian brothers, like Joseph stood out from His brothers, the seed of Abraham, who were not doing the works of Abraham. Continuing in Joh 8, speaking still to “those Jews which believed in Him,” Jesus had this to say:

Joh 8:37  I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.
Joh 8:44  Ye are of your father the devil, and t he lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

When we deny Christ’s words, we deny Christ. When we deny that we can “know the truth,” we deny Christ, who is “the Truth.”

Joh 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Now let’s compare this to L____’s words to you: “You remind me of old WCG “we know the truth and you don’t”
At least the old WCG stood up for Christ’s words which taught us to love our enemies. It is so sad to see people like L____ taking off the coat of many colors and hanging it on the cross rather than to claim that their brothers are all wrong. It is that inability to “come out of her my people and be separate and be hated of all men,” which will cost us our inheritance which could be above our progenitors:

Gen 49:26  The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

“Separate from his brothers” is separate from those who “believe on Him… but do not the works of Abraham,” and “do not the things that I say.”

Luk 6:46  And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Things like “try the spirits to see whether they are of God,” and things like “You shall know the Truth.”
D____, the scriptures tell us to admonish a heretic twice and then turn him over to Satan. If you have done this, then go no further. Twice is not twelve. On the other hand, if you have not done so, then “man up and shock L____.” Whatever you do, do it “with meekness and fear.”
L____, like all men, thinks love means getting along and being liked by all. Nothing is further from the Truth. Love actually means being hated of all men:

Mat 10:22  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

No one is more hated than those who realize that they have been given a coat of many colors, God’s Truth, which has been kept back from their own brothers who have never been given the knowledge that they are to rule over their brothers. Nothing brings on the hatred of your brothers faster than to be told that you have been given God’s Truth:

1Jn 4:6  We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Please do not take this as a personal attack on L____. I love him even though I have never met him. I would love to “man up” to L____, but this is your battle, and God has not yet given L____ a disciple’s mind or a fear of His Word.

My prayers are with you, and God has promised to give you the words you need in the hour you need them.

Mar 13:11  But when they shall lead [ you], and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

Your brother in Christ.
Mike
