Why God Does Things His Way?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Good morning N____,
Thank you for sharing your story with me. It all sounds so very familiar.
Coming to see and understand that the entire orthodox Christian world is what Christ was talking about when He said “You will be hated of all men” is indeed a very hard pill to swallow.

Mat 10:22  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

It just doesn’t seem possible that Christ would choose you or me out of all the other, far more qualified, people on this earth. I certainly would not have chosen you or me.
You ask why God is doing “the whole story of mankind?”  Well, it is obvious that none of us would do things the way He is doing them. IF I were writing the script I certainly would have left out all the suffering mankind has endured and continues to endure. But that is why He is God, and I am not. This is the Truth about the difference between the way you and I would do the story of mankind and how God is doing it:

Isa 55:9  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

It is humbling to realize that He has nevertheless opened our eyes and ears to see and to hear His Words, and it is nothing short of miraculous that the entire orthodox Christian world cannot see these plain and simple words:

Joh 12:32  And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw [ Greek, drag] all men unto me.

1Co 15:22  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Ti 4:10  For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially [ not exclusively] of those that believe.
1Jn 2:2  And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

How is it possible to read those verses and not see them? They have been right there for 2,000 years, yet no one can see them until God gives them eyes to do so.

Rom 11:8  (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

You will remain in my prayers as you go back to Egypt. I suspect that  Christianity is every bit as popular in Egypt as the Muslim religion is here in the U. S. It is simply a sad reality that neither has one bit of use for a doctrine that teaches you to “Love your enemies.”
I’m curious to know if ” the Paltalk by Arone” is Aaron Lohman? I suspect that is who you are referring to, and I am forwarding this letter to Aaron. It is always encouraging to see that our efforts are producing a little fruit:

Mat 19:29  And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

God bless you as you abide faithful through the trials that lie ahead. You too will then “bear much fruit.”

Rom 8:18  For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Joh 15:8  Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

Your brother in Christ,
Mike
