Daniel 8:3-27 "We are Given the Victory over the Dragon who had the Power of Death..."

Last week we covered the meanings of the names of the people and places in Daniel 8:1-2. We learned that in type we were Daniel being judged by God. In this judgment, our man of sin is revealed as Belshazzar. This hidden revelation happens while we are standing in our pompous self-righteousness showing ourselves that we are the Lily. From this revelation we are shown who we are as first, the ram with two horns that comes from what we think is light, from the east, and pushes through all that we see as needing to be changed or conquered in our lives. This ram is in the parable of the kings of Media and Persia, from where the kings get wisdom about life. Then we are shown how the flesh cannot be tamed and rises as the one-horned he-goat, who destroys all we thought we had conquered in religion. This parabled figure in the king of Grecia, conquers all and allows the flesh to shake off all religion and say that we are God Himself, and what we are is of our own making, that we need no rules, no religion, for what we are or think we are is of our own creation. We become like the man on the island of the Gaderenes.

Mar 5:1  And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
Mar 5:2  And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
Mar 5:3  Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
Mar 5:4  Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
Mar 5:5  And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
Mar 5:6  But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
Mar 5:7  And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
Mar 5:8  For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
Mar 5:9  And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

This is not just some crazy man. This man is us. This man is Daniel. Look at what happens when he saw Jesus afar off, "He ran and worshipped Him, and cried with a loud voice, what have I to do with Thee, Jesus, thou Son of The Most High God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not." When we see we have been given over to the he-goat, and he has run through our lives without restraint, we know that judgment is coming. So with these thoughts, let's continue understanding Daniel 8.

Dan 8:3  Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.

"THEN I LIFTED UP MY EYES, AND SAW...". What did I see about myself?  "BEHOLD, THERE STOOD BEFORE THE RIVER", the river that was made from a stream of my POMP and fanfare, "...A RAM WHICH HAD TWO HORNS". What do these two horns signify about me? We already covered in the last study that the number two represents witness, and a horn signifies power. I see that I thought I possessed, in the reign of Belshazzar king of Babylon, the knowledge of truth by the two stones of the law of the flesh and the two covenants, old and new testaments, the knowledge of all truth and power. I thought that by these I was the Ram of God. Both of these horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher covenant or power came up last, the new testament. It is by this new testament theology I see myself as the ram of God that stands before the river made of my pomp. All my merchandise comes through my wisdom and all the world in me is directed by my knowledge in these two horns, or so I believed. In Daniel 8:20 it says these two horns are Media and Persia. Who are Media and Persia to king Belshazzar? The Medes and Persians in scripture are ones who have the kings ear, who give him understanding and wisdom about law, times and seasons.

Dan 8:20  The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.

In the book of Esther we are told who the Medes and Persians are.

Est 1:13  Then the king said to the wise men, which knew the times, (for so was the king's manner toward all that knew law and judgment:
Est 1:14  And the next unto him was Carshena, Shethar, Admatha, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, and Memucan, the seven princes of Persia and Media, which saw the king's face, and which sat the first in the kingdom;) [they were the kings wisdom; they are the seven heads of the beast that Babylon rides upon (Rev 13:1, Rev 17:3) they are where she gets her wisdom].
Est 1:15  What shall we do unto the queen Vashti according to law, because she hath not performed the commandment of the king Ahasuerus by the chamberlains?
Est 1:16  And Memucan [H4462-the name of one of the princes which means "dignified] answered before the king and the princes, Vashti the queen hath not done wrong to the king only, but also to all the princes, and to all the people that are in all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus.
Est 1:17  For this deed of the queen shall come abroad unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes, when it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not.
Est 1:18  Likewise shall the ladies of Persia and Media say this day unto all the king's princes, which have heard of the deed of the queen. Thus shall there arise too much contempt and wrath.
Est 1:19  If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she.
Est 1:20  And when the king's decree which he shall make shall be published throughout all his empire, (for it is great,) all the wives shall give to their husbands honour, both to great and small.
Est 1:21  And the saying pleased the king and the princes; and the king did according to the word of Memucan:
Est 1:22  For he sent letters into all the king's provinces, into every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language, that every man should bear rule in his own house, and that it should be published according to the language of every people.

So, we can see that Media and Persia represent the gentile wisdom and knowledge we think we have from our own freewill learning. These two things are put together in the way we see scripture in us. They are what we claim as truth, a single ram with two horns. With this truth from the Medes and Persians, we make descisions, just like king Ahasuerus made about queen Vashti, the religion of his day that he wanted all the world to admire as his.

Dan 8:4  I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.

I push from the east, from what I think is light of truth, with these two horns through my life, westward, through all that I see as darkness, northward, through all judgment I think I possess, and southward through all that has passed through my life. I see through this knowledge that I am the Ram and none can stop me. I saw that this Ram is a beast and has two horns like a lamb, like Christ, but it speaks as a dragon.

Rev 13:11  And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

However, I see something even more terrible about this knowledge of who I am. I see my knowledge has come from the dragon himself. He has one horn, and he pushes over me and stamps me to pieces.

Rev 13:2  And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Dan 8:5  And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.Dan 8:6  And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power.
Dan 8:7  And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.

The Dragon shares his power with no one. He gives us our pomp and fanfare. The single horn is the power of the dragon that is the catalyst which makes us worship ourselves. In worshipping ourselves, we are worshipping the dragon. This notable horn is the frontlet between our eyes, and that frontlet is the power of the flesh that enslaves us to ourselves and is irresistible. It goes through our lives and shows us who we really are. This is the revealing of the man of sin. I know that the true power of the dragon comes from Christ, Who made the dragon and gave him the power he has.

Col 1:15  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Col 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Luk 4:5  And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
Luk 4:6  And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
Luk 4:7  If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

When the he-goat rides through our lives, it crushes all we think is ours from religion.  We are slaves to the dragon from birth; we are little dragons from birth. We talk like him for we are of him.

Isa 59:5  They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.

Mat 23:33  Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

Joh 8:44  Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Jas 3:6  And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
Jas 3:7  For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:
Jas 3:8  But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

There is the single horn. It is by this power that we are the ram with two horns. By it we are broken and stamped to worship the dragon who has been given the power of a prince over the world.

Joh 14:30  Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

He has power over the world and brakes the world in us to pieces, but we, Daniel, who are being judged, have been given power over him once we are judged.

Luk 10:18  And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Luk 10:19  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

We can now see all that we were created to be as a ram and the power that breaks even the ram through the two horns of the law of the flesh and the single frontlet of seeing ourselves as the creating power of our lives through the law of the flesh. We can see how we used the two testaments as our power to conquer all we thought we were and the last covenant, the new testament, to justify ourselves in our own self-righteousness. The single member from which we spoke, the little tongue, was stronger than all we were and could not be tamed. It was through this tongue we spoke as a dragon the words of our father, and it exposed and destroyed all that we thought we had made by the two testaments, the two-horned ram.

1Co 15:51  Behold, I shew you a mystery [Daniel seeing]; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead [in us-first then the world as a whole] shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Co 15:53  For this corruptible [two-horned ram and one-horned goat] must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
1Co 15:55  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
1Co 15:56  The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

This one-horned he-goat came from the west, and last week we saw that the west represented the light of darkness. Darkness is a light that blinds all that enter the world, and it is through this darkness the he-goat covers the entire world in us and outwardly to the rest of mankind. It is from the west the dark light comes and overtakes the earth when the Sun of righteousness has set.

Dan 8:8  Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.

The single horn of the he-goat being broken is the same as the beast with a head wound that only made it stronger because the head wound was healed.

Rev 13:3  And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

The head wound or broken horn only makes the he-goat stronger because it then splits into a complete beast, the number four, that frays the gentile nations within us. These four horns then come up toward the four winds; towards the north, east, south and west. This is just another way of saying it surrounds all that we think we are like Gog and Magog.

Rev 20:7  And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rev 20:8  And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

The horn being broken is for the purpose of the battle of Christ, where He destroys all that the man of sin thinks he is.

Rev 20:9  And they [the four horns] went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

Dan 8:9  And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

Rev 20:3  And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

The word "little" in Daniel 8:9 is defined from the following:

As you can see, it comes from H4705.

The word "little" Revelation 20:3 is:

So the little horn that came from the four horns, which came from the one horn, is as the immature false humility displayed in King Saul, and in Christ's disciples who were "yet carnal" (1Co 3:1-4) and were disputing among themselves about who would be greatest in the kingdom.

Mar 9:33  And he came to Capernaum: and being in the house he asked them, What was it that ye disputed among yourselves by the way?
Mar 9:34  But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.
Mar 9:35  And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.

The next verses explain what the fleshly beings, who are left on the earth, do with the indwelling power of Satan.

Dan 8:10  And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.
Dan 8:11  Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
Dan 8:12  And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

These three verses are now easy to understand and see what all the subjects in these verses mean.  As carnal babes in Christ while still in Babylon, we are given to cast  out demons and heal the sick. In the same way, there are "many wonderful works" being done through us while we are in Babylon, just as Christ's own unconverted disciples were given to do "many wonderful works" in the days before they denied Him and fled for their lives.

Mat 7:22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Luk 10:17  And the seventy [unconverted disciples] returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

King Saul is the Old Testament type of this "little horn" which arises out of the four which replace the one.

1Sa 15:17  And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel?
1Sa 15:18  And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.
1Sa 15:19  Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD?

Disobeying the Lord while supposedly being in His service is "magnifying [ourselves] even to the prince of the host... [and being] given...an host… against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and… casting… down the truth to the ground".

We have all done this while believing and teaching the false doctrines of Babylon, and we have just recently seen this attack against "the prince of the host" ["the Lord and His Christ" (Act 4:26)]  by which "some of the host, and of the stars" were cast to the ground and "the daily sacrifice [of the body of Christ] was taken away and the place of His sanctuary was cast down."

This is war in the spiritual world, in heaven, with a "host", which means:

It casts down some of the doctrines of truth to the ground, hosts of heaven, and stomps them to the ground. He magnifies himself as Christ, an angel of light, the anti-christ and by doing so the daily sacrifice, Christ, is taken away. It is the same as the man of sin withholding the truth (2Th 2:6). He is shown how he exalts himself to the spiritual realm as Christ Himself, as His own God and in doing so he is removing the daily sacrifice. He (we) commit many transgressions against the daily sacrifice, and by doing so we are removing the daily sacrifice. We are given a host of doctrines through Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Catholicism, Buddhism, evolution, modernism and any other religious or man-made doctrine to take away the truth. It casts the truth to the ground for the purpose of exalting mankind as a whole and man individually. This is the he-goat's power through the four horns and being little in his own eyes at first, just before he "magnifies himself to the Prince of princes" (Compare verses 11 and 25), and he is destroyed by the light of the truth. This period is called the last days, inwardly and outwardly. As we grow more doctrines against the truth, as we cast it to the ground, we are shown more about the revealing of our man of sin and the state of mankind as a whole. This is what Christ was speaking of in Matthew chapter 24.

Mat 24:3  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? [asking the same question the next verse in Daniel asks, and we get the same answer, "When you are given the witness of the judgment you are going through, two thousand three hundred days."]
Mat 24:4  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Mat 24:5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many [casting the truth to the ground by a great host of doctrines, taking away the daily sacrifice]
Mat 24:6  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mat 24:8  All these are the beginning of sorrows [These are the beginnings of what we must go through to come to the knowledge of truth].
Mat 24:9  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Mat 24:10  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Mat 24:11  And many false prophets shall rise (he was given a great host), and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12  And because iniquity [self-righteousness (Eze 33:13)] shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Mat 24:13  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mat 24:15  When ye therefore shall see [your] the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand):
Mat 24:16  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains [flee to the power of God]:
Mat 24:17  Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: [Don't look to yourself for deliverance]
Mat 24:18  Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes [don't turn to the world for advice]
Mat 24:19  And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! [Woe to the babe-in-Christ doctrines we are still holding onto.]
Mat 24:20  But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day [Pray that this time does not come when you are not producing fruit because you are at rest with the rest of the world],
Mat 24:21  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be [For this time will be a time of the greatest tribulation you have ever known.].
Mat 24:22  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened [And except He were to shorten those days, none of us would be saved, but because we are the elect of God in Christ, our days shall be shortened, and our man of sin shall be destroyed].

This entire inward process we are going through now will happen literally outwardly in the world. The first Adam, mankind, the man of sin, is daily throwing the daily sacrifice to the ground, daily exalting themselves as their own God. Daily creating new doctrines which magnify the flesh and throw the truth to the ground. Less people are going to Babylonian meetings, less people are confessing even the name of God, and more and more the man of sin in the world as a whole is growing bigger and bigger. The multitude of the flesh makes ONE MAN OF SIN, and that one man of sin is sitting on the temple of all of mankind's hearts and claiming to be God. Adam has eaten of the fruit, he sees himself as God, knowing what is best for his life, because in his own mind his life is a consequence of his own freewill decisions. THIS IS THE MAN OF SIN THAT SITS IN THE TEMPLE OF BELSHAZZAR, SHUSHAN, SAYING HE IS BELSHAZZAR AND SAYING HE CAN PROTECT HIMSELF. It is not a single man per say, sitting in a single temple in Jerusalem, but a single man made up of the entire Adamic genealogy, sitting in the temple of God, which temple they are.

1Co 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Act 17:28  For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Act 17:29  Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

The entire Adamic race lives and moves and has its being in God. This is the core of the abomination that CAUSES the desolation and eroding of the truth. We think we are God and actually direct our lives day by day. This abominable thought is what God has used from the mouth of the serpent to recreate us into a new vessel. When we are bitten, we must look upon the serpent on the pole to be healed. We have to see ourselves for what we are, what Christ had to become for us to be saved. He had to become us, a serpent, and that serpent was hung upon a cross. We cannot see the truth until we are shown we are a lie.

Num 21:5  And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.
Num 21:6  And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Num 21:7  Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.
Num 21:8  And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.
Num 21:9  And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

Joh 3:14  And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
Joh 3:15  That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

We must see ourselves as that serpent Christ became to be delivered from it. He became what we are, to deliver us from it, and in that deliverance we are recreated into His image after He was resurrected.

1Jn 3:2  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

1Co 13:12  For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Dan 8:13  Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? [asking the same question the disciples asked, because they are same]
Dan 8:14  And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.  [Satan is defeated when the sanctuary is cleansed. The sanctuary is cleansed when we see who we are - the abomination. When we are witnesses to who we are, the man of sin, the he-goat, the two-horned ram, the light of the word will destroy us and at the same time recreate us.]
Dan 8:15  And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man [stood before me the appearance of a man-Christ in me]
Dan 8:16  And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

The name "Gabriel" is H1403 - "man of God" or "warrior of God" (Strong's and BDB). In each case it is describing who we are after we have been given the knowledge of who we were. Remember, we cannot know who we are in truth unless we know who we were in a lie. Verse 14 asked, "How long?" The answer was, "When the witness of what we were from birth in the first Adam had been completed a thousand times over (1000 years x 2 the witness = 2000 in judgment, 3) then the end would come. It's the end of our old man and the beginning of our new man, our recreation. When we sought the meaning, we see Christ, and after we see Christ, we see our new man, Gabriel, through whom Christ speaks.

It is through this new man our story is told - that we are the he-goat that moves against our religious two-horned ram with "choler", with bitterness. We stamp the daily sacrifice of Christ in our temple to the ground with the host of false doctrines in us. This host of false doctrines in us are given us from the world, who also are stamping the daily sacrifice in their temple. The world is a host against the truth of what they are. They are a united Adam against Christ. They are a united Cain against Abel. They cannot see themselves as the man of sin, just as we cannot see ourselves as the man of sin until we are given this vision in the judgment of God that we are "the man" (2Sa 12:7). When we, the elect, are given this vision, we cannot stand and are prostrate before the truth. It is here in this defeated place we are given to know the vision. The answer is this, "AT THE TIME OF THE END SHALL BE THE VISION." It is when we have seen that we, the man of sin, have crucified our LORD, the death of our two-horned ram by the he-goat is accomplished. It is only when both are killed, our own Babylonian religion by our he-goat, we see Christ between them both. It is here at the end of who I am the vision is seen and interpreted.

Luk 23:32  And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.
Luk 23:33  And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
Luk 23:34  Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
Luk 23:35  And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.
Luk 23:36  And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,
Luk 23:37  And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself.
Luk 23:38  And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
Luk 23:39  And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
Luk 23:40  But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
Luk 23:41  And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

Dan 8:17  So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.
Dan 8:18  Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright. [When we are touched by the truth we stand.]
Dan 8:19  And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.
Dan 8:20  The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia. [The knowledge and wisdom we received from the world, as we saw in Esther about Media and Persia.]
Dan 8:21  And the rough goat is the king of Grecia [given over to the flesh, the first king, to destroy and eat the flesh of Babylon, to fulfill the will of God (Rom 7:15-20)]: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king. [The frontlet between our eyes is self and self alone, the first king in our eyes. This thought is given a head wound or is broken, but that only makes him more powerful and he spreads to the four corners of my earth inwardly and is seen as spreading to the four corners outwardly to the world as a whole.]
Dan 8:22  Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power. [Not in his power, because all of creation gives him his power, all of creation is the host. They stand together with him as one (Gen 11:1)]
Dan 8:23  And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

This is when Satan is let out of the bottomless pit for a short season and given to gather all the host of heaven inwardly against the Christ in me, in this age.

Joh 12:25  He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world [aion, age] shall keep it unto life eternal [Rom 8:18-39].

This same principle has an outward fulfillment in the world. When The Christ is revealed to the world at the end, Satan shall be loosed for a short time to come against the daily sacrifice and the sanctuary, Christ and His Christ, and shall be defeated by the fiery words of God in our mouth. He shall gather the host, the entire creation, and by their agreement with him, giving him their power, he shall mount up against Christ and His Christ.

Dan 8:24  And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25  And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

He destroys us by giving the flesh a false peace, a peace in our own works, in the flesh; this the increasing of CRAFT.  By the Ram and then by the he-goat we are destroyed, but then this final destruction is when we say that we need no change in what we are for we are perfect as we are, in sin. The world as a whole shows this prophesy as we take God out of all forms of school, government, all public life. The he-goat is currently destroying the ram with two horns, Babylon, who rode on his back for thousands of years. He is shaking her off, he is getting rid of religion, because she is a hypocrite. She says one thing but does another. She says, "Love your neighbor" but kills in wars after wars. She says, "Do not commit adultery", but she fornicates with every religion in the earth.

The he-goat is moving with a fierce bitterness against her and is going to reward all religion two-fold for all the wine she has made the world drink. This is the vision of the end, and in the single horn's place shall rise up four little horns, the whole of the one horn.

These horns are the power that will sweep across the earth to all four corners of it and will as a carpenter and craftsman shape a new god, a new idol (SELF) without Babylon, for its mantra IS the abomination that causes desolation, and that mantra is, "WE ARE GOD, that is our religion."  Out of those four horns shall rise the last horn, a small horn, a small season, when Satan shall rise against all religion and all power of God by gathering all the people of the earth, the host, against Christ and His Christ. Similarly, this is what is happening in the world today. All religions are being put down by secularism. All forms of religion are being replaced by man as the center of worship. Less and less people are being taught the bible, less and less people go to the brick and mortar buildings, and more and more sin is abounding. At the height of all this, in the latter end, when our religion has made a mess of everything, God will send a man of fierce countenance against us, inwardly first, then outwardly. We are turned over to our flesh, and it runs wild. We are given what's in our heart for the purpose of allowing our sin to bring us to our knees.

Jer 2:19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Deu 28:48  Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.
Deu 28:49  The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;
Deu 28:50  A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:
Deu 28:51  And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.
Deu 28:52  And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
Deu 28:53  And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

All appearance of religion must be destroyed because we have not believed the report against us. So, because of this, our man of sin is allowed to prosper and become the king of our lives. Evolution will prosper. Ideas of man destroying man by global warming is just the conscience of man being warned of the fire to come. The earth is going exactly how it was planned to go for the purpose of bringing about the end of it. I am not God, you are not God, your neighbor is not God, but together as a neighborhood, as a state, as a country and as a world, we believe if we bind together we can become God of our lives without religion. We can stop crime if we band together in this law. We can defeat global warming if we band together and do this or that. We can do anything if we bind together as one. How many times have you heard a similar saying in a political speech, in your town hall meetings, in your child's school? We hear it all the time, but it's a lie. We will be brought together as one for the destruction of the whole in the blow to our head. This is the vision of our evening, our darkness, from where the Morning LIGHT comes.

Dan 8:26  And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
Dan 8:27  And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.
