Treasuring up the Wrath of God

There was a time not that long ago that I said a '12 second sinner's prayer' and began to live deliciously in the Christian religion, thinking that I was glorifying Jesus Christ by my wonderful works of the Law. I did not know that the thoughts of my heart were already written, and I was fulfilling this very verse in thinking that I now...

Rev 18:7 ...sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

Even at such an early part of my walk, the carnal mind had deceived me into thinking that a sinner's prayer is all it took for the salvation of God to be accomplished 100% in me. The mind of Christ had not yet been revealed in me, and obviously not having a clue of the law of Jesus Christ and His Word, my eyes had not been opened then to see and comprehend...

Joh 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, ...
Joh 4:24 ...[he] must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.
Joh 9:31 ...and doeth his will (1Jn 3:33) him he heareth.

Pro 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law (Rom 8:1 ...of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus), even his prayer [shall be] abomination.

Hmmm, we have a problem! Those verses made void the sinner's prayer doctrine in my heart. I am not 'saved', let alone in just a few seconds! There was obviously more to this walk and a more 'difficult way' than I was told by the pastors. The little truth I knew at the time was that I am a sinner who did not 'believe' in Jesus Christ, thus to believe and be 'accepted by Him', I needed to say this so-called prayer. The scripture says that my prayer was NEVER heard by God at the time, and anyone TODAY who is deceived into a sinner's prayer is still...deceived!

So how am I and ALL sinners going to cross this great gulf fixed between us and JESUS CHRIST?

Since I am a sinner by nature and will be at some level until the day I physically die, and of necessity violate His law, neither have I been given ears to hear His Word, and most importantly, I was not a prophet so God was not going to tell me His secrets. How then will I ever believe and have the faith of Jesus Christ if I can't hear Him or even know the Father through Him? On top of that, there is something terrible and dreadful said to be abiding on my head for now...

Joh 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

When I began to know God, or rather, God's manifest work began in me, it was obvious to me I was the most foolish of men in holding fast to my idols of the heart and still thinking that "I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow."...that is to say, I am an elect lady, my husband Christ is now risen, therefore I shall not see affliction, tribulation, anguish or the wrath of God!

Many years later to this day, contrary to what some men are now confessing, I can say with those precious brothers around the world, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us, through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: [2Pe 1:1] that...

Lam 3:1 I [am] the man [that] hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.

I intend NOT to write..."any other things to you than what you read or understand. Now I trust you will understand, even to the end (2Co 1:13). I write this to complement all the great truths I have learned keeping the scriptural principle using the sum of the Word of God to reveal: What and when is this wrath of God? On whom does God's wrath abide? How does God manifest this wrath in those that treasure it up? Why and to what purpose is there such a wrath? How will these be revealed?

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed [them] [the truth about His wrath] unto us by his Spirit (Joh 6:63): for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. [His wrath]
1Co 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God [His wrath] knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
1Co 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1Co 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth [selected/discriminatory wrath], but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual (Joh 6:63).

What Symbol Signifies God's Wrath

a) Exo 32:10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.
Exo 32:11 And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?
Exo 32:12 Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.
Exo 32:13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit [it] for ever. Exo 32:14 And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

b) Exo 15:7 And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast overthrown them that rose up against thee: thou sentest forth thy wrath, [which] consumed them as stubble.

c) 2Ki 22:16 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, [even] all the words of the book which the king of Judah hath read:
2Ki 22:17 Because they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be kindled against this place, and shall not be quenched.

d) Psa 21:9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.

e) Psa 38:1 (A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.) O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

f) Eze 21:31 And I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand of brutish men, [and] skilful to destroy.

While there are other symbols such as the sword that is also used to signify God's wrath, His consuming, unquenchable fire is one that is ever-present from Genesis to Revelation. This fire manifests itself in the New Testament in a certain form.

Mat 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
Mat 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Mat 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Mat 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
Mat 3:13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.

Luk 12:49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

Psa 89:46 How long, LORD? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?

WHO IS THIS WRATH OF GOD UPON?

Keeping in mind where the fire is, the wrath of God is kindled already, but upon whom? John continues his discourse...

Joh 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

So who does not believe? Upon whom does wrath abide? John told us just before...

Joh 3:32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.
This "no man" certainly includes...
Joh 7:5 For neither did his brethren believe in him. (His own brothers, family.)
For the sake of brevity, Paul summarizes upon whom it is on...
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;.

But when we think because we now believe the elementary principles of the oracle of God, that therefore the wrath of God no longer abides on us as we are now God's elect, we are in doing so not taking heed to the Old Testament examples and not looking to the examples of the prophets of Old and the First, Jesus Christ. The fire is at its most vehement within the heart of all God's elects. It is THROUGH this wrath upon the flesh of sin that we are killed all day long, as lambs to the slaughter, as we die daily...

Psa 78:21 Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel; [Gal 6:16 ]

Psa 78:22 Because they believed not in God [Joh 3:36] and trusted not in his salvation:
On whom especially does this wrath abide?
Psa 78:31 The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.
THERE IT IS! - #1 The chosen men of Israel, the elect of the day...is it only them?
Lam 3:1 I AM the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.
[is it only you, Prophet Jeremiah?]
Lam 1:21 They have heard that I sigh: there is none to comfort me: all mine enemies have heard of my trouble; they are glad that thou hast done it: thou wilt bring the day that thou hast called, [THE DAY OF WRATH] and they shall be like unto me.
Lam 1:22 Let all their wickedness come before thee; and do unto them, [affliction by the rod of his wrath!] as thou hast done unto me for all my transgressions: for my sighs are many, and my heart is faint.

Psa 78:62 He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.
Psa 78:63 The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.

Who is his inheritance again? Paul tells us that "the riches of the glory of his inheritance is in the saints, [Eph 1:18] Because of our unrighteousness and the Spirit of old Adam in us all by nature, God in his fiery wrath carried us ALL away into Babylon; this is part of the ongoing revelation of the wrath of God in our lives;

Ezr 5:12 But after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon.

In spiritual Babylon, where we are held captive for 70 symbolic years, we try to keep the Law of Moses and try to be perfect upon the earth, and offer burnt offerings and sacrifices according to the Law. (i.e. tithing, keeping Holy Days, etc.). In doing this, we aim to be as Job, "perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil." [Job 1:1] In the same way, we try to be as Paul before Damascus, having our "own righteousness, which is of the law".[Phi 3:9].

THE CAUSE OF THE WRATH REVEALED.

But what is rarely seen is what the Law brings ...
Rom 4:15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

Obedience to the letters, the Law of Sin and death, that is the law of a carnal commandment [Heb 7:12 ], our so called "righteousness" which is of the Law, [Php 3:9] is the means of PROVOKING GOD'S WRATH, the fiery judgment of God upon our Flesh;

Rom 2:27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, [of Christ] judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? [of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, Rom 8:1]

Where there is no law, no Sin is imputed. Therefore, no chastening/punishment, NO WRATH! But...

Rom 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

1Co 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. [worketh wrath]

ALL MEN have been confined under sin by the scripture, kept under guard by the law, CONCLUDED ALL in unbelief, WRATH ABIDES, is hidden, but is NOT manifest, revealed, imputed yet, only just the type and shadow that is common to all men, but not working the end purpose of God just yet.

So if we know where this Law of Sin is, where SIN makes its abode, we can know on WHOM the Wrath of God abides.

Rom 7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? [Dominion where and how Paul?]

Rom 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity [into Babylon] to the law of sin which is in my members.

THERE IT IS #2 - Law of sin is in my members, which law worketh wrath. This must make me a vessel of wrath, not just I, but ALL Men - Jews and Gentiles.

Pro 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. [is that somebody else out there? What saith the Lord? ] Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. [Who's the Mother that conceived me, Lord?]

Isa 44:24 Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

Isa 48:8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.

Mat 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Rom 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death....[law worketh wrath, wrath is death!]

Rom 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: [therefore is 100% evil by nature] for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
Rom 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Rom 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

Rom 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath [the wicked, the evil in me] fitted to destruction:
Rom 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,
Rom 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Yes, by nature, we are these vessels of wrath because we have this vile BODY OF SIN, THE SAME MEANING AS THE CHILDREN OF WRATH!

Isa 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Eph 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; [Col 1:21] and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. [2nd witness - Col 3:6-7]

So while in spiritual Babylon under God's wrath, the only way we can come OUT of it is by GOING THROUGH WRATH, coming out of Babylon the great, crucifying the body of Sin of this old man within, destroying this vessel of wrath, coming out of being under the Law of Sin and Death, and to come out wholly from the ministration of condemnation and Death!

Who shall deliver us from all these, from this body of Sin/Death, the vessel of Wrath?

Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10 ...we shall be saved by his life.

Rom 7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
Rom 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.[which is imputing Wrath upon us.]

DELIVERANCE FROM WRATH.

To be delivered from Wrath (or any kind of deliverance,) one must be in the realm of wrath. To be saved from a debt, one first has to be indebted. To be saved from death, one first has to be in the valley of the shadow of death, etc., etc...and only THROUGH it are we delivered.

1Th 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

Just as the Thessalonians, we are delivered, are being delivered and we trust in the Living God that we shall be delivered from the Wrath to come. [2Co 1:10]

Because the law of sin is in my members, keeping this law is working wrath within. The works of the Law while we are in the denominational churches worshiping our idols of the heart and believing false doctrines of a false god, are heaping up these false treasures, cankered gold and silver, moth eaten garments we take for fine linen; all storing it up in our hearts, treasures such as the Trinity, Offerings and Tithing which is ALWAYS MONEY, the great deceiver of the "Sinners prayer", the so called 'Great Commission' of evangelizing this evil World in this evil age and saving it for Jesus, the Babylonian confused language of Men called 'Speaking in tongues', worshiping days, months and Xmas years, Fleshly prosperity of Name it/Claim it doctrine which is linked to the doctrine of Man's free moral agency, (playing a sovereign God) the so called 'Freewill of Man', plus the golden goose of a physical realm of Heaven and Hell, the visible kidnapping of Christians into the clouds called "the Rapture" and do not forget the mother of all harlot doctrines, the eternal torment and barbecue of the 'unbelieving' Sons of Men in literal fire for thousands times millions times trillions plus eons unending, and thousand thousands more false doctrines which all blot out the light of the Sun and govern our carnal lives, and we proudly associate all this dross and dung with that noble, pure name of Jesus Christ, while we sing so-called 'Gospel songs' and say we are worshiping God 'in the Spirit'. What great treasures of wrath I have heaped up! These are all the things I have done, and were in my evil heart all these years. I pray to God to reveal and let whosoever reads understand that ALL MEN are not that different from each other in heart.

Nonetheless, these are all the means we TREASURE UP THE WRATH OF GOD within. The level of wrath in each individual is directly proportional to the amount of idols one has stored up in his/her heart, (that is, according to our works), these are the idols of gold and silver, a stumbling block of iniquities, and we all heap it up in the heavens of our mind and heart....

Mat 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Mat 6:21 For where your treasure is, [ie. elements of the world, all cankered] there will your heart be also.

Jas 5:3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

Rom 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things

Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

The same as the Thessalonian church, we become IDOL WORSHIPERS OF ANOTHER JESUS CHRIST, turning away to a different gospel, which is not another, but just a perversion of the true gospel of Christ. At this point, the WRATH is ALL treasured up in the earthen vessels, yet to be revealed. But at the appointed time of the Father, He sends his Son within us to lead us to repentance FROM all our idols...the day of the Lord! THE DAY OF WRATH!!!!

1Th 1:9 For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols [some false doctrines listed above] to serve the living and true God;
1Th 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. [How is, was and will this be accomplished?]

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire [wrath] taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: [all of us when we were idolaters, knowing Christ after the Flesh]
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting [age-lasting] destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed ) in that day.

APOSTLE PAUL, in the same epistle, encourages us concerning the faith...

1Th 3:3 That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto.
1Th 3:4 For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; [Act 14:22] even as it came to pass, and ye know.

And "ye know" because like Job, most of us reading this have seen this next verse of wrath of God being fulfilled in our very lives, or if not, we will see it at our appointed time...

Job 19:11 He hath also kindled his wrath against me, [Job 1:1 "and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil"....this is religious, self-righteous Job in us all] and he counteth me unto him as one of his enemies.
Job 19:12 His troops come together, and raise up their way against me, and encamp round about my tabernacle.
Job 19:13 He hath put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are verily estranged from me.
Job 19:14 My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me.
Job 19:15 They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight.
Job 19:16 I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my mouth.
Job 19:17 My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children's sake of mine own body.
Job 19:18 Yea, young children despised me; [those still weak in the faith, still carnal babes in Christ - 1Co 3:1-4] I arose, and they spake against me.
Job 19:19 All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me.

The wrath of God is appointed upon ALL MEN, but this wrath is revealed in a select few first and foremost now, with outward results such as losing (carnal) friends once close to us, relationship with the wife now going cold since the risen Christ came in, being hated of all men and those we once loved have now turned against us. Been there yet?

2Co 4:8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
2Co 4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

THE DAY OF WRATH is upon those the Lord, in flaming Fire, comes FIRST into their heart, these are...HIS CHOSEN MEN, HIS ELECT!

Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;...

Rom 2:8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
Rom 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, [Rom 2:28 - of the heart, his Saints] and also of the Gentile.

Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. [Mat 4:4!]

2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire [wrath] taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting [= age lasting] destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Psa 89:38 But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.

So God's anointed shall be saved by the life of Jesus Christ living his whole life of death to the flesh in us, a most wrathful ordeal.

Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. verse 10...we shall be saved by his life. [how does this occur?]

Gal 2:19 For I through the law [that worketh wrath] am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. [How will we "be saved by his life?"]

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: [Crucixifion is just about the most painful way of death, a slow lingering forsaking of the flesh of MAN upon the Cross in a "little wrath" [Isa 54:7-8 and Mat 27:46] taking a symbolic 6 hours for the flesh of Christ in us all to die. [Mar 15:25, 33-37] nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. [Christ giving himself for me and elect today is an ongoing process being fulfilled; the Word is living, not dead, crucifying, in the aorist tense, as long as we are still breathing, and the body of flesh is still alive, then the dying daily goes on.]

2Co 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.[Why, Paul?]
2Co 4:11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake,[the true wrath experience, for the purpose..] that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
2Co 4:12 So then death worketh in us, [The wrath of the Lamb!], but life in you.

["Life in you", those still carnally living a 'Corinthian' life, still treasuring, storing, heaping up wrath, living after the manner of the Gentiles which know not God - Gal 2:14]

HOW LONG DOES THIS WRATH LAST?

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heavenagainst all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

The time that it takes is how long it is to burn off ALL the ungodliness and unrighteousness we have treasured up in this last days, and anymore ungodliness and unrighteousness we do, be it works of cankered gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay or straws..these increase the hot displeasure of the Lord, until there is no more flesh remaining! It is an age-lasting process; is, was and will be until the day we have NO MORE SIN, until the day the body of sin/vessel of wrath is destroyed, and a new glorious body, vessel of mercy comes forth.

2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting [age lasting] destruction from the presence of the Lord, [1Co 15:31, "I die daily"] and from the glory of his power;

2Co 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. [Why Paul?]
2Co 4:11 For we which live [in the Spirit] are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, [the true wrath experience, for the purpose...] that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

Psa 88:16 Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
Psa 88:17 They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together.

Lam 3:1 I AM the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his Wrath.
Lam 3:2 He hath led me, and brought me into darkness, but not into light.
Lam 3:3 Surely against me is he turned; he turneth his hand against me all the day.

Psa 90:7 For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled. [Please compare this to Psa 107.]
Psa 90:8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
Psa 90:9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
Psa 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
Psa 90:11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
Psa 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

THERE IT IS #3

From the day we come out of our mother's womb, not having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God to be fulfilled, by reason of being made in a marred vessel of clay, by reason of being in a body of sin, born of a woman, born under the LAW, we are immediately under wrath, and ALL OUR DAYS IN THIS FLESH ARE PASSED AWAY IN HIS WRATH, THAT IS, ALL MEN ARE DYING. IT IS THE DAY OF WRATH.

BUT, the wrath of God is not for all the ages, ["forever"] but only for the ages we spend in the realm of the flesh, walking according to the course of this world, the flesh.

There is an age to come, of which precious few have tasted of its power and glory.

Isa 54:7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
Isa 54:8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.

Isa 57:16 For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made. [Why so much wrath Lord?]
Isa 57:17 For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart.
Isa 57:18 I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners. [Therefore, this wrath is not going to be experienced 'forever']

THE END PURPOSE OF THE WRATH OF GOD.

If all our days is passed away in his wrath, OF NECESSITY...

Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good[including God's wrath] to them that love God, [1Jn 4:19 "...because he first loved us", not a work of free will, that doctrine will bring more wrath upon us!] to them who are the called according to his purpose.

1) GOD'S WRATH REVEALS HIS POWER AND GLORY.

In the day when the Wrath of God is revealed by Fire, when the wrath that has been treasured up all our lifetimes is to be judged, and all our errors to be recompensed, when God is about to reward every man according to their works, which day is NOW for all of God's elect, we begin to KNOW GOD, HIS POWER, AND THE RICHES OF HIS GLORY IS MADE KNOWN TO US BY THE LORD.

Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Rom 9:22 What if God, [a consuming fire.] willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
Rom 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, [The New Man] which he had afore prepared unto glory,
Rom 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

God, through his Wrath, will be known unto all men; there is no difference, no favoritism nor respecters of person with God. [Rom 3:22, Eph 2:3, Rom 10:12, Act 15:9]

2) GOD'S WRATH REVEALS HIS RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT.

Job 19:29. Be ye afraid of the sword for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment.

Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;...

2Th 1:4 ....that we ourselves glory in you [the former idolaters, the vessels of wrath] in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure[his Wrath]:
2Th 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

3) THE DESTRUCTION OF ALL SIN WITHIN US..THE SALVATION OF OUR SOULS!

Isa 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

This is the day of the Lord for God's elects, the day of his Wrath in which his fiery wrath in our hearts, in our lives, cleansing away ALL our ungodliness and unrighteousness, propitiating us from all sins BY Jesus Christ living his life in us.

2Co 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.[Why, Paul?]
2Co 4:11 For we which live [in the Spirit] are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, [the true wrath experience, for the purpose..] that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

This great 'honor' in this age is to the "Jews first" - Jews of the heart, not of men, and all the Gentiles, "who know not God" (1Th 4:5) at the moment will have this honor imputed upon them at the White throne Judgment of the Almighty God.

Being cast into the fire is no strange thing for God's elect who are now refusing to fall down and worship the golden image that the Kings of this earth and gods of this world have set up! It is no strange thing at all, being bound in their afflictions and suffering for the name of Christ. the Fire is no strange thing because they ALREADY are in it and living it and are becoming the Fire (a subject for another time).

Dan 3:21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace

Dan 3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Isa 43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

1Pe 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: [when, Peter? verse 17 answers it]

1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? [The end purpose Peter told us earlier]

1Pe 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, [this is the fiery trial; the fiery wrath of God which WE MUST count as all joy] might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1Pe 1:8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
1Pe 1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

I wrote earlier that I was clearly deceived at the beginning of my faith into thinking the "12 second sinner's prayer" is all that was needed to save me. Peter just confirmed my once deceived state. The fire has been burning since...

1Pe 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin. 1Pe 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
Paul also told us earlier..
2Co 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
2Co 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, [WAS] and doth deliver:[IS] in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us; [WILL BE]

Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

The Lord God Almighty is, was and will be coming in us this second time without sin for THIS VERY purpose; ...back to 2Co 1:5...

2Co 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
2Co 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

As long as the fiery wrath of God is being revealed in us, as long as Jesus Christ is been revealed to us and living in us, [Gal 2:20] we will be ceasing from sin, a daily process of dying to the flesh that we should no longer live our lives (as the Thessalonian idolaters) unto the lust of men, but to God's will. We will be coming to 'our senses' even as the prodigal son, thereby escaping the snare of the Devil, no longer being taken captive to do his will. If we fall, revert back, backslide and sin increases again, and we treasure up more wrathful deeds, then will we provoke more of the Wrath of God, which will continue to SLAY us, such that where, when, in whomsoever sin abounds, the Grace of God by his fiery wrath will much more abound to punish, chasten and eventually destroy sin out of us...all working at his appointed time.

Psa 78:34 When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.

Would anyone ever be caused to seek God, or to continue to stay in the straight narrow way unless God's wrath is manifest?

Psa 119:67 Before I was afflicted I went astray but now have I kept thy word.

Psa 85:1 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
Psa 85:2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.[therefore no sin - no more Wrath!]
Psa 85:3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

As long as we do not turn again back to the folly of sin, all God's wrath will subside..

Psa 85:8 I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly

It is at this very point, when we have no more sin, when we are 100% the children of light, when we are 100% watchful and sober and NOT SLEEPING, when ALL THINGS are become New, when the resurrection is already past, when the Lord says to us "our sins and lawless deeds he remembers no more", when we have obtained 100% salvation and can say "IT IS FINISHED", then we can say;

1Th5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Saying the elect of God NOW will not go through God's wrath is tempting God of what may happen tomorrow. God's elect have one more thing to fulfill every day they wake up.

Rev 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen,[Greek - Ekletos=Elect] and faithful. [to God's truth, who is Christ, the Word]

I pray the Wrath upon our sinful flesh is decreasing daily as we continue to be crucified upon our cross and the glorious image and faithful life of Jesus is manifesting in our mortal body. Until then...

Jas 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
Jas 4:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

Just as salvation is appointed unto all men, not many know that the means to all salvation is through the flaming sword, through the fire of the wrath of God. To the Gentiles who are still treasuring up God's wrath, it will happen later in the Lake of Fire. To the spiritual Jews, this is the fiery trial now, but it is all ONE EVENT, [Ecc 9:2] a singular fire, wherein contains ALL THE WRATH to the flesh.

Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Paul said even to God's elect, if we do wrong, there is no partiality with God on this issue!

Col 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
Col 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
Col 3:7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them...

Col 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Col 3:23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Col 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
Col 3:25 But he that doeth wrong [the elect of God (vs 12)] shall receive for the wrong [vs 6!] which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

2Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Doing some good works and then doing some evil works does not negate all the wrath of God, the evil works still has to be destroyed through God's wrath, even as the great Old testament examples of Job, (self-righteousness) King David (the matter of Uriah and Bathsheba), Israel according to the Flesh (general unbelief! Heb 3:19) and one of my great learning examples of Godly wrath abiding EVEN if you are a 'good' person in the Flesh.

King Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, helped King Ahab, King of Israel, while doing so partook in ill-treating the Lord's prophet of the day, Micaiah, for telling the truth, giving him the bread and water of affliction. Then God sent another of his seers to meet him;

2Ch 19:2 And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.

[It is better to be more like King David!- Psa 139:21-22, though many 'friends' and families may be lost in fulfilling that Psalm!]

2Ch 19:3 Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, [the idolatrous Egyptian worship is now ceasing, now that we repent] and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.

SUMMARY.

Yes, (by now), all God's Kings and Priests should have some good things found in them, that is a measure of Christ, an earnest of the Spirit, but the Wrath of the Lord is still upon us to destroy the remainder of our ungodly deeds and reconcile us all to himself, as we are through Christ preparing our Heart to seek God day unto day. The Wrath of God revealed in us is the workings of the righteousness of God in us. This is all very counter-intuitive to the natural Man.

Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: [Why, James?]
Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

That is revealed to say; the wrath of God worketh the righteousness of Man.

God's word is PURE LOVE to our New Man, and everything he does is for the end that we will be as godly as He is. He is creating us in his express image, and that takes His own fire to achieve that; an age-lasting purpose. Let Wisdom tell us itself;

Pro 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
Pro 8:8 All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; [THERE IT IS! Even the WRATH OF GOD!] there is nothing froward or perverse in them.
Pro 8:9 They are all plain to him that understandeth and right to them that find knowledge.

Now we are knowing the power of God through his day of wrath. Having seen a lion roar in the Atlanta zoo, it is an awesome but a fearful, trembling sight! It all signifies this...

Amo 3:8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

Hos 11:10 They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.

Pro 19:12 The king's Wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.

Rev 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
Rev 10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
Rev 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

2Co 5:11...Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences...
...we can thereby confess that...
1Jn 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
1Jn 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
1Jn 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, [a consuming fire.] and God [a consuming fire] in him.

Jud 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
