Why Has God Blinded the Established Churches?

Thank you for your question. You ask:

If you have the time be sure to read the studies on Metals In Scripture. In those studies you will find that base metals are very common, and therefore are not very precious or valuable. On the other hand, precious metals are very rare and therefore precious, and valuable.

So it is with the kingdom of God and those who comprise that kingdom:

Mat 13:45  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
Mat 13:46  Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Pure gold is very rare and is very valuable:
Rev 3:18  I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and [that] the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

God has ordained that the many called would not be chosen, but would instead by the very people to hate and to persecute his very few elect. This is all ordained to be experienced by all men of all time, we are all lead, tin, iron and copper, before we are transformed by God's own purpose and design to become His precious silver and His precious gold. But those who are given to be God's gold and His silver while yet in these "earthen vessels" are purified by the persecutions which arise from those who believe that they have never left their Father and who have never left their Father's flock.

Luk 15:4  What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
Luk 15:5  And when he hath found [it], he layeth [it] on his shoulders, rejoicing.
Luk 15:6  And when he cometh home, he calleth together [his] friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.
Luk 15:7  I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
Do you know anyone who was not at one time spiritually blind, spiritually sick and spiritually in need of repentance?
Joh 9:39  And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.
Joh 9:40  And [some] of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
Joh 9:41  Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Mat 9:10  And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
Mat 9:11  And when the Pharisees saw [it], they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
Mat 9:12  But when Jesus heard [that], he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
Mat 9:13  But go ye and learn what [that] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

So it is with those who come to Christ, but are never given to see their blind, naked, miserable, and self righteous condition. That is the spiritual state of the elder brother of the prodigal son, and that is the spiritual condition of us all at our own appointed time:

Luk 15:25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
Luk 15:26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
Luk 15:27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
Luk 15:28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.

The elder brother represents the masses of Christianity who "are angry" with God's elect, who they perceive as supplanters, and so they are dismissed as dead men. But it is through those few repentant sinners that the many "who need no repentance are destined to be saved.

The answer to your question is in Romans 11:

Rom 11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
Rom 11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
Rom 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
Rom 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable [are] his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
Rom 11:34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
Rom 11:35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
Rom 11:36 For of him, and through him, and to him, [are] all things: to whom [be] glory for ever. Amen.

The many deceived are the very source and means by which we believe, and we, in turn, are the very source for the mercy which will be shown to the masses of orthodox Christianity.

This is all God's show. He has written the script, furnished the actors and is directing the play. And it was all done and "was written" before any of us were even alive:

Psa 139:16 Thine eyes did see mine unformed substance; And in thy book they were all written, Even the days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was none of them. (ASV)

I hope this has helped to explain why God has chosen to deceive the many and has given to very few "eyes to see the mysteries of the kingdom of God."

Mat 13:10  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
Mat 13:11  He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
