Much Learning Does Make Us [seem] Mad!
Posted May 5, 2010
Good Day Mike,
I just been watching you on the Videos, and I see you look in very good spirits. I hope Sandi also is very well and all my family there. I love you all for all your hard labor in the Lord.
What a delight it is this day to have spent the last 4-5 hours catching up on Sunday's study, audio and also a recap on issues of "Voting", etc. on the IWWB site. I woke with such joy and more zeal to strive to know our Lord than the previous day. I have been a little bit upset I still do not have my own laptop, as I tried to fix the motherboard problem, and the store just seems to be taking their time.
I have been keeping up to with the studies and the FAQ's and what a delight in seeing the heavens opened. I am sorry and weeping in heart to hear you say recently "I have two dear brothers in Christ who are at this very moment suffering the ravages of advanced cancer."Joh11:35 Jesus wept. They are in my heart and prayers even as all whom are members of our body having to endure such decay of this natural body. Such natural decay I myself am witnessing before my very eyes when taking care of my Father who only just yesterday seemed to have the strength of Sampson.
Nevertheless, through the Lord using your household as one of his good angels to us, we have such hope of a better resurrection and we need not sorrow even as others that seem to think all hope is lost.
I was driving to work this morning and the gospel music I was playing had this lyric concerning Christ..."you mean so much to me than words could say", ......immediately all of you came to my mind; Mike, the Vinson household of faith, all those with the mind of Christ around the world and the one whom the Lord is now working on, my friend, simply because this verse you have been emphasizing means so much to me now.Act 9:1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,
Act 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
1Jn 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.Yes, even though I am often absent in the flesh, you know more than any that yet am I with you in the Spirit, enjoying and beholding the order of your teachings and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
I was happy this morning when I was catching up with the study of Rev 11:5-6 when you were explaining the Star Wormwood and its connection to those messengers who bring false messages first to us before we are converted and start to believe the Truth, and its connection to the operation of God's wrath;Psa 78:49. He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, [One of the ways the Lord uses is..?] by sending evil angels among them. [which are..?]
2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
2Co 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers ["Evil angels"] also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.Inevitably, these evil angels end up killing and destroying us through many false doctrines and Egyptian worship. As the Egyptian firstborn, we are all smitten before we are raised up from this deadness with Christ to newness of life even as this "one event" is ongoing now within us. After being raised, we are then sent in the power of the Spirit to kill this, our enemy, in the same manner as they once killed us, using the same tool - the Word of God - but now a seven times purified word, seven times SHARPER than EVER.
Psa 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Psa 119:140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
Jer 23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD;....
Rev 11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.Such killing, as you said, is nothing but the overcoming of ALL evil within the Flesh, its angels within first, and in due time without, the overcoming of Evil with Good, the true Wrath of God THROUGH HIS BODY, HIS ELECT, Judgment given to the Saints, the Two witnesses, as the Apostle Paul pointed out in Romans 12:14-21 and John in Revelation 11:5:
Rom 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
Rom 12:19 ...Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. [ through whom Lord?..."I am Jesus whom thou persecutest"]
Rom 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing [you are fulfilling Rev 11:5!] thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. ["TRUE wrath of God THROUGH his Body, in earnest NOW and Lake of fire to come!]
Rom 12:21Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.Such great study this book of Revelation! And to think it is all within me! Wow!
2Co 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that [the Revelation of] Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?I cannot wait to get my Laptop back! Anyway, thank you so much again.
God Bless and see you soon Mike.
Love,

Hi A____,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this.
Yes, I am in "very good spirits" and Sandi is also doing very well. We also think of you as the Christ who means so much to us. I do indeed know you are with us in spirit, but being yet in these vessels of clay, it is especially nice to get the clay and the spirit together!!!
I am praying with you that you will soon be given back your laptop, and you will be able to be with us on the studies again. It is such a blessing to be able to use the technology God has given us.
I always get so very much from your comments, but I especially appreciated this comment in connection with our present series in the book of Revelation.
2Co 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that [...the Revelation of ] Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
You are so right, it really is the inside that must be cleansed, and that automatically cleans the outside.
Mat 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
Mat 23:26 [Thou] blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
Luk 11:39 And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.
Luk 11:40 Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
Luk 11:41 But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
While Christ's emphasis is within, it is natural for ours to be without. It requires a miracle for the natural man to "read, hear and keep the thing written therein."
I was also taken with this verse you pointed out.
Psa 78:49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
I had never noticed that there is a verse which actually tells us that "He cast his fierce anger and wrath upon them by sending evil angels among them." Wow, what an incredible revelation!!! I will be sharing this with everyone who is with us this weekend!
Thank you for sharing this revelation with me. That is indeed how God sends His wrath and His indignation. He plunges us into darkness that causes us to "gnaw our tongues for pain".
Rev 16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
Not knowing what is happening at that time does not change the facts. We have all "abhorred the meat" of God's Word, and He has taken away our appetite for the things of the spirit. We have all been there and done that, and if we have not, then we certainly will.
1Co 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
1Co 3:22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;
It is all part of "His wonderful works to the children of men." But in His mercy He then sends the same word that once afflicted us, and now it heals us.
Psa 107:17 Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.Your brother in the Christ,
Psa 107:18 Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death.
Psa 107:19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, [and] he saveth them out of their distresses.
Psa 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psa 107:21 Oh that men would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
Psa 107:22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
Psa 107:23 They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters;
Psa 107:24 These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.
Psa 107:25 For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.
Psa 107:26 They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
Psa 107:27 They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits' end.
Psa 107:28 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
Psa 107:29 He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
Psa 107:30 Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.
Psa 107:31 Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
